These terms apply when you use turnertaxadvisors.com (the “site”), operated by Turner Tax Advisors (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

General information, not advice

Content on this site is general and educational. It is not tax, investment, or legal advice for your situation, and you should not act on it without advice based on your own facts. Tax rules change, and we do not promise that every page reflects the latest change.

No client relationship until you sign

Using the site, submitting a form, emailing us, or attending a Discovery Call does not make you a client. A client relationship begins only when you and Turner Tax Advisors sign an engagement letter, which then sets out the services, fees, and responsibilities.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any savings amount, refund, or IRS outcome. Client examples describe one client’s situation; individual results vary. See our Disclosures.

Information you send us

Please give accurate information on our forms. Do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive documents through the site. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Text message terms

If you check the text consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Turner Tax Advisors about your inquiry and your Discovery Call, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at eliisa@turnertaxadvisors.com or 480.613.8129. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of working with us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.

Booking and third-party services

Discovery Calls are booked through our scheduling calendar and held by video meeting. Those services, and the other sites we link to, including our accounting division, Turner Tax & Accounting, have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for sites or services we do not operate.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no submitting false information or spam, trying to break or overload the site, or copying it with automated tools in a way that harms it.

Our content

The text, logo, images, and design of this site belong to Turner Tax Advisors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission, except for sharing a link or a short quote with credit.

Site provided “as is”

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Turner Tax Advisors is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
