Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

This policy explains how Turner Tax Advisors (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit turnertaxadvisors.com, fill out a form, book a call, or receive emails or text messages from us.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you use our qualifying form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, annual income range, the taxes you paid last year, and whether you agree to receive text messages. When you join our email list: your name and email address. When you book a Discovery Call: the details you enter in the booking calendar.
  • How you found us. When you arrive from an ad or a link, we record campaign details such as UTM tags, ad click IDs, the page you first landed on, and the referring website, and attach them to your form submission.
  • Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. If we use website analytics, it records pages visited and general device information. We never send your name, email, phone number, or form answers to analytics tools.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive documents through our website forms. If you become a client, we will give you a secure way to share them.

How we use it

  • To see whether our tax advisory program is a good fit for you.
  • To schedule, confirm, and prepare for your Discovery Call, and to follow up about your inquiry by email, phone, or text (texts only with your consent).
  • To send tax tips and updates if you join our email list.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to our site, and to keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the firm, and only for the purposes above: our customer relationship management and scheduling platform (AccountGroove), our video meeting tool (Zoom), our email and text message providers, our website host (Cloudflare), and, if enabled, our analytics provider (Google Analytics). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

We send text messages only if you check the text consent box on our form or otherwise agree to receive them. Texts are about your inquiry and your Discovery Call, such as confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of working with us.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver our text messages, only to send them.

Email

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will still send emails needed to schedule or follow up on a call you booked.

Cookies and similar tools

Our site uses your browser’s session storage to remember campaign details while you move from page to page, so they can be attached to your form. Our booking calendar and, if enabled, our analytics tool may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful to follow up with you or as required for our records, and we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect it

Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and form submissions go directly to our CRM through a secure server connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Clients’ tax information

If you become a client, the tax information you share is handled under your engagement letter, the confidentiality rules that apply to tax professionals (including Internal Revenue Code section 7216), and the privacy notice we provide to clients. This website policy covers website visitors and inquiries.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires. To make a request, email eliisa@turnertaxadvisors.com or call 480.613.8129.

Children

Our services are for adults. This site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is always on this page.
